The Water Damage Restoration Process
If your home has been damaged by a flood or a burst pipe, you’re probably wondering if anything can be done to save it and make repairs. Fortunately, most Philadelphia water damage can be repaired, and most of your belongings can even be restored thanks to our own restoration services. We take a scientific approach to restoring a water-damaged home that, while it does take some time, has shown time and again to give the results our clients want.
Step 1: The Emergency Call
Naturally, the first thing that we will do when your home is hit with a flood is take your emergency call and begin to come up with a plan of action. Every situation is a little bit different, but it always begins with this initial contact.

Step 2: The Inspection
Even though we start to make an assessment after your initial call, we won’t really know the extent of the damage and what needs to be done until we do a thorough inspection of your home. We send an expert to your home as soon as we can and when it is convenient for you to make an assessment of the damages. After that, we can move forward with the restoration process.

Step 3: Water Removal
If your home is still flooded, our next step is to remove as much of it as we can from your home. Our water pumps and vacuums can remove hundreds or even thousands of gallons of water from a home. We will work as quickly as we can to minimize any damage that may have occurred or that still can occur.

Step 6: Restoration
The last step will be to restore your home to what it once was before it was damaged. This can be a relatively easy fix that will involve replacing some damaged drywall, or it could mean a longer construction project. In some cases, entire floors have to be rebuilt, although we do our best to minimize the amount of reconstruction your home may face. In any case, we will work closely with you to ensure that you have your home back to the way it once was before disaster struck.
